  • Client: The individual or entity engaging Make More Marketing for services.

  • Agreement: The contract between the Client and Make More Marketing, including these terms and conditions.

2. Services

Make More Marketing will provide the Client with digital marketing services as agreed upon in the signed proposal or contract. Services may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Content Marketing
  • Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC)
  • Email Marketing
  • Web Design and Development
  • Analytics and Reporting

3. Payment Terms

  • Fees: The Client agrees to pay Make More Marketing the fees specified in the proposal or contract.
  • Invoices: Invoices will be issued monthly, and payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Access and Cooperation: The Client agrees to provide Make More Marketing with necessary access to their website, social media accounts, and other relevant platforms to perform the services.
  • Content and Materials: The Client is responsible for providing all necessary content and materials for the services in a timely manner.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the term of this Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All intellectual property created by Make More Marketing during the provision of services shall remain the property of Make More Marketing until full payment is received.
  • License: Upon full payment, Make More Marketing grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the created intellectual property.

7. Termination

  • For Cause: Make More Marketing may terminate the Agreement immediately if the Client fails to make payments or breaches any other term of this Agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Make More Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

9. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Make More Marketing harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of the Client’s use of the services or breach of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Make More Marketing is located.

11. Amendments

Make More Marketing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By engaging Make More Marketing, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
